How often and with what can I clean the sensor?
Answer:
The sensor should be rinsed under warm water immediately following each contact with urine and then dried with a soft cloth. Caution: if you use liquid soap or washing lotions, moisturising ingredients left as residues may block the surface of the sensor. The triggering of the sensor is then delayed.
Question:
By accident we washed a sensor in the washing machine. The ENUTRAIN no longer works. What can we do?
Answer:
Ask your paediatrician for a new prescription for a replacement sensor. The same applies if your child has accidentally flushed the sensor down the toilet. In general, the health insurance companies also cover this cost.
